VSchic.com offers 30 days return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us immediately.

If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item,
1. Send an email to service@vschic.com and explain your situation. Please also indicate your order number so that we can check it.
2. Please take some pictures of the defect or incorrect item and attach them via email.
3. After confirmation, we will offer a solution like a refund, exchange or return.

How to make a return?
1. Please contact our customer service representative if you want to make a return.
2. We will provide you the return address. Please do not return it back to the address displayed on the parcel.
3. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Bring the package to your local post office to ship it back.
4. After we receive the returned package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund. Please note: shipping fee is non-refundable.

Requests:
1. Items received within 30 days.
2. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original package with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
4. Refund includes the payment for the order (shipping fee excluded).
5. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our warehouse. It will be refunded to the same payment method used to make your purchase. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
